I like that solution. Instead of the torp token, why not just the whole hexagon is the token but with 5 peg holes to note how many are fired. Also a space to write the target on it (if it is still tracking and it has to be wipeable

Similar to this? Again, prototype with baltic birch. Forgive the "sagging flags" as I'm still messing around with tolerances.
