You'll find the civilian traffic covered in Kashmere Commonwealth. There are design templates for everything from shuttles to warhound-sized bulk cruisers. You'll also find the Kashmeri Ushas class bulk cruiser, including the delightfully nasty Q-Ship weapon modules that go along with it... Big Grin

Brain fart! I only just realized that you *also* asked about escort vessels! Gah! You'll find the rules and design templates for corvettes, frigates, and destroyers in Warhounds.

There also reside the ship display sheets for the most common Imperial-era Warhounds (escorts) found across Terran Space in service with The Twelve.
